Automation engineers
Ansible and Terraform against real device inventories, and Python for the messy discovery data that arrives with every program.
Implementation engineers
Cutover execution and remote turn-up: running pre-checks, driving the change from the console, directing on-site hands, and verifying the result before the window closes.
Project and program support
Site scheduling, discovery data quality, change windows, and acceptance packages. The role exists because the evidence a federal customer needs is assembled continuously, not at the end.
Standardized builds, reviewed before they are applied. The discipline is the product.
How we work
- Configuration is code. Nothing reaches a live device that was not reviewed and approved first, and the running estate matches what is in the repository.
- Accountability is named. One engineer authorizes each change, and that authorization is part of the record.
- Access is zero trust. Customer credentials never live on a laptop, and access is authorized per person.
- Remote by design. The work is logical, not physical: the customer or the prime supplies hands on site, and we own the build, the cutover, and the verification.
